You don't need to worry about it , we will be back in 3~5 days, please check later, no need to panic, this is just daily normal maintenance, this will happen every day from time to time, your data is safe, all miner is running normally.

Ongoing Work

  1. Continuously communicating with the server provider and confirming the progress.
  2. Your pending payment will be returned to your balance, and you can withdraw it once the server is back online.
  3. Continuously maintaining the mining machines and troubleshooting any issues.
  4. During the server maintenance period, we will be setting up and configuring new mining machines.
  5. We will be increasing customer support to ensure continuous communication with our users.

Message to Our Users

I completely understand your current anxiety and concerns. At 3 a.m. today, we received feedback from the server provider. Due to a routing disruption on their end, they need additional time (estimated 3-5 days) to purchase and configure new equipment. This situation is not something we wanted, as it prevents us from processing further mining machine orders and making timely payments to users. We, too, feel the frustration and discomfort this has caused.

Although we cannot prevent unfortunate events from occurring, we can choose how we respond. This is not the first time we have encountered such an issue. Rest assured that once the server is back online, our top priority will be making payments to our users. We are committed to preserving our users' trust, even if it means a temporary drop in revenue. We believe that your confidence and trust in us come first.
